Q. Where is the pick-up location?

A. You can find us at Jolly Cakery, G03 818-838 Collins Street, Docklands, VIC, 3008. You can also locate us on Google Maps. We can't wait to welcome you!

 

Q. How early do I need to order?

A. For custom cakes, we open slots for the next month in the middle of the previous month. You can order our pre-designed cakes up to 2 months in advance via our website, with orders accepted up to 2 days before the desired date. We recommend securing your slot at least 2 weeks prior to your event. For wedding and event cakes, please reach out to us at hello@jollycakery.com. We're here to make your sweet dreams come true!

Q. What dietary options do you offer?

A. We're happy to accommodate your dietary needs with our egg-less and gluten-free cake options. However, we don't offer vegan or sugar-free cakes. 

 

Q. Do you offer delivery?

A. Yes, we provide delivery services within a 40km radius. Delivery prices range from $15 to $50 depending on your location. We highly recommend delivery for customers ordering 2-tier or tall cakes to prevent damage during transportation. 

 

Q. Do you have a price list?

A. Since all our cakes are customized to each customer's design, we don't have a fixed price list. On average, customers typically spend around $120 for a standard 6-inch cake. 

 

Q. What if I need to change my date?

A. Life happens, and we're here to help! Please email us at hello@jollycakery.com to arrange a new suitable time for both parties. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

Q. What if I need to cancel my order?

A. Don't worry! If you haven't completed payment, please inform us so we can offer your slot to our waiting list.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the pick-up or delivery date are not refundable as we've already started preparing your cake.

For cancellations between 48 to 72 hours, we'll refund 60% of the total payment after deducting an admin fee.

For cancellations made before 72 hours from the pick-up or delivery date, we'll refund 80% of the total payment after deducting an admin fee.
